Job summary

LaTour Hotels and Resorts seeks a Maintenance Technician II to uphold the appearance and functionality of all units, buildings, and common areas at Coconut Malorie Resort, Ocean City, MD. Responsibilities include general maintenance, problem solving, and preventative tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years experience in maintenance, and relevant certifications (CPO/EPA or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• CPO and EPA Certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–4 years of general maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance in guest units, buildings, pools, and common areas.
• Repairs and troubleshoots carpentry, plumbing, electric, and HVAC issues.
• Inspects and performs preventative maintenance to minimize guest impact.
• Reports, responds to, and repairs safety issues in guest units and resort areas.
• Prioritizes work orders and coordinates with front desk to update progress.
