Job summary

Havasu Landing Resort & Casino is seeking a Resort Maintenance Worker to help keep streets, public areas, and facilities safe and attractive. This full-time role requires basic trade skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

Must be age 18 or older and have a current driver’s license.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to work independently.
Minimum 1 year of working in the trades preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure all resort streets and public access routes are free of hazards.
Ensure resort is presentable and inviting, adhering to management and customer standards.
Trash/debris is picked up from common areas and streets daily.
Empty common area trash containers as needed.
Inspect irrigation system regularly and perform repairs as necessary.
Provide legible written reports.
Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork.
Prioritize safety in all duties.
Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, washers, seals, etc.
Install window shades or coverings, security locks, etc.
Proficient in operating hand tools and power equipment.
Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs as needed.
Provide any other services as assigned by management.
