Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• CPO license as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering projects and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot plumbing and electrical issues.
• Repair interior and exterior walls, flooring, and fixtures.
• Work with pools and spas, including chemical balancing.
