Job summary

Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach is seeking an organized, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our resort team in Conway, SC. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will help manage daily operations across cottages, public spaces, and facilities, while coordinating with the contracted vendor for cottage cleaning.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. Weekend/holiday availability is expected, with full-time year-round employment and benefits such as

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, resort, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Customer service-focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Public Area Attendants, Room Attendants and Houseperson staff.
• Coordinate daily with the contracted housekeeping vendor responsible for cottage cleaning.
• Ensure cottages are properly supplied and prepared for arriving guests.
• Deliver linens, supplies, kitchen items, and other requested materials to cottages as needed.
• Assist with cottage turnover support, including making beds and preparing accommodations when operational needs require.
• Monitor housekeeping inventory and assist with ordering and stocking supplies.
• Respond to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout public areas, amenities, and resort facilities.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager with scheduling, training, and daily department operations.
