Job summary

The Resort at Papakea, part of Columbia Hospitality, is seeking a Full-time Utility Attendant to join a values-driven team committed to creating exceptional experiences.

You will collect soiled linens, move and arrange furnishings, maintain neat storage, care for equipment, report damages, and assist with room cleaning as needed. Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques/Chemical applications a plus.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced role.

Responsibilities

• Collects soiled linens for laundering and stores linen supplies.
• Moves and arranges furniture; turns mattresses and hangs draperies.
• Maintains neat storage areas and proper par of supplies; reports shortages.
• Ensures proper use and care of equipment.
• Reports damages, lost items, or anything unusual.
• Delivers ironing boards, baby cribs, and rollaway beds to rooms.
• Assists in the cleaning of rooms, as needed.
