Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) in La Conner, Washington, is hiring a Maintenance - Level II to join our resort operations team. You will assist with housekeeping duties, support maintenance tasks, and help maintain clean, welcoming common areas and cabins for guests.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of housekeeping or related experience, knowledge of cleaning products, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One to three years of housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Organizational skills and attention to details.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Housekeepers clean the resort office, clubhouse, public access areas and models as directed, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming and removing trash.
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Keep rentals and common areas clean and maintain them to standard.
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other staff as needed.
• Assist with cleaning up guest activities and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Address guest conflicts with a positive attitude.
• Possibly drive a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies.
