Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is hiring a Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain comfortable, welcoming homes for residents. You will build genuine connections with residents, guests, and team members through attentive cleaning and personalized service.

The role emphasizes engagement with residents, adherence to safety guidelines, and a collaborative, servant-hearted team culture in a resort-style community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences.
• Clean residents’ apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule; vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchens and bathrooms, linens, trash, seasonal tasks.
• Deep clean apartments after move-outs and prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Clean and prep model apartments and guest suites; restock supplies and check HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas and follow PPE safety guidelines.
