• Report damages, deficits and disturbances to supervisors.
• Record and return lost and found items.
• Handle guest complaints/requests professionally.
• Monitor consumable stocking levels and replace as needed.
• Maintain records of work assignments, communication, and timecards.
• Adhere to uniform and appearance guidelines.
• Lead by example and uphold high ethical standards.
