Job summary

Sycuan is seeking a Resort Equipment Manager to maintain the fleet of course maintenance machinery at our El Cajon resort. You will diagnose and repair electric, diesel and gasoline equipment and run the preventative maintenance program to keep the championship golf course operating at its best.

You will manage parts inventory, coordinate with vendors and course maintenance leadership, and ensure safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years experience repairing electric, diesel and gasoline equipment.
• California Driver's License in good standing.
• Certificate in the repair of electric carts.
• Experience in golf or hotel industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains electric, diesel and gasoline equipment.
• Manages equipment preventative maintenance program.
• Maintains and organizes parts inventory and coordinates with vendors.
• Maintains safe work area and adheres to safety standards.
