Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, reading blueprints, and ensuring safety and compliance with NEC. The role offers comprehensive benefits and requires experience in commercial/industrial electrical work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of how electrical systems work and NEC basics.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Experience as an electrician in commercial/industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical equipment in Palisades Tahoe buildings.
• Evaluate electrical problems and plan actions.
• Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems.
• Read diagrams/blueprints and comply with safety standards.
• Follow National Electrical Code state and local regulations.
• Inspect components and perform preventive maintenance.
