Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bartending experience with knowledge of beverages and service standards.
• Self-motivated with strong guest-service orientation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Dispense drinks including cocktails and mocktails per standard recipes.
• Maintain sanitation and personal hygiene in the bar area.
• Ensure security of beverage stocks through inventory procedures.
• Perform cashiering tasks according to standard practices.
• Ensure outlet readiness to serve guests at all times.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service policies.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.
