Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Mesa, AZ seeks an Activities Assistant to help plan and implement weekly resort activities and events. You will provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure memorable experiences at our resorts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Activity experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize by customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of resort activities from inception to completion.
• Plan, schedule, prepare, promote and execute events and activities.
• Conduct engaging activities for various age groups.
• Develop supply lists for upcoming activities within budgets.
• Communicate regularly with managers and staff.
