Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an entry-level Hybrid Fast Track Liability Claims Adjuster to support complex claims across multiple jurisdictions. The role blends in-office and remote work, requiring you to analyze exposure, coordinating with clients, and delivering timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and claims/customer service experience. Licensing can be obtained within a defined timeframe after hire as part of professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Fast Track Commercial General Liability claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.

Overview

Hybrid Fast Track Liability Claims Adjuster - Entry Level

Role specifics:

• Jurisdictions: N/A
• Licenses: not required upon hire; must be willing to obtain with specified timeframe
• Location: This role is HYBRID in St Peters MO, Downers Grove IL, or Carrollton TX office 2-3 days per week

How You'll Make An Impact

• Apply claims management experience to execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and appropriately resolve claims.
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our claimants on behalf of our clients exhibiting empathy through each step of the claims process
• Handle claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file.

About You

Ideal candidates for this position will have:

• Claims Background: Customer Service experience needed
• Jurisdictional Experience: N/A
• Active Adjusters' licenses: not required upon hire; must be willing to obtain with specified timeframe
