**Essential Qualifications:**
- Must have RESNET Rating Field Inspector certification (RFIIN) and maintain good standing
- Conduct comprehensive energy efficiency tests on new constructions
- Perform site inspections ensuring compliance with building codes and standards
- Collaborate effectively with builders and contractors to recommend improvements
- Ability to maintain detailed records of all activities
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes
- Proficient in using computers/tablets for data entry
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making
- Must be comfortable with travel exceeding 50% and physically able to move on ladders and in attic spaces, as well as lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for overtime and weekends as needed

**Basic Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent, 18 years or older
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation with insurance
- Experience in construction or related fields is advantageous
