Job summary

National Diversified Sales, Inc. (NDS), part of the ADS family, seeks a Material Handler to safely manage production materials including resin blends, staging, and mold changes. The role requires forklift operation, accurate resin blending, and cross-shift communication to support continuous production.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety, FIFO, and 5S practices, labeling and organizing materials, and assisting with changes as needed. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification and at least two years of experience.
• Ability to communicate across shifts and departments.
• Maintain 5S and FIFO practices in resin locations.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Prepare daily resin blends for 24-hour production consumption.
• Identify resins in use and explain correct blends.
• Stage blends in correct locations and label gaylords/containers.
• Assist with mold/material changes and follow production priorities.
• Maintain 5S in all work areas and FIFO practices.
• Pass updates between shifts to ensure continuity.
• Recommend changes to resin blends to improve efficiency and teamwork.
