• Banking/financial services experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee resiliency control testing programs.

• Partner with control owners, risk teams, auditors and regulators to ensure coverage and evidence quality.
• Coach and mentor control testing professionals and drive team capability.

I’m recruiting for a Resiliency Control Testing Manager to help build and lead an enterprise Security & Fraud Resiliency Control Testing Program for a financial services organization.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can lead a team and build a testing program while remaining hands‑on with control design and operating-effectiveness testing.

This is not a cybersecurity engineering position. I’m looking for someone coming from control testing, assurance, technology risk, operational risk, internal audit, or second-line risk, ideally within banking or another highly regulated environment.
