Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with sport/performance emphasis
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military/DOD personnel
• Knowledge of Army organizational structure, mission objectives, and relevant DoD policies

Responsibilities

• Instruct training on resilience, strength, conditioning, and performance to units
• Conduct training intake, tailor course material, prepare and distribute materials, and facilitate sessions
• Record grades, conduct AARs, and report training impact and data to leadership
