Four Oaks Family and Childrens Services in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Residential Therapist to support youth through individual, family, and group therapy within a QRTP framework.

You will complete assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a treatment team to ensure continuous, high-quality care. The role emphasizes professional growth, supervision, and a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Eligible licenses LMSW, LISW, LMHC, tLMHC, LMFT or tLMFT.
• Supervision towards full advanced licensure will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with case professionals and treatment teams for coordinated care.
• Identify therapeutic and behavioral health needs and interventions.
• Connect youth with additional resources when needed.
• Develop therapeutic relationships to promote trust and growth.
• Participate in additional training, professional development, and case consultation groups.
• Receive regular clinical supervision and agency support.
