Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a residential-based treatment facility including management, planning, resource allocation, training, and performance management.
• Must maintain a valid Georgia state driver’s license.
• CPR and HWC can be obtained on-site upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the milieu.
• Provide assistance to patients, staff, families, and senior leadership.
• Liaise with treatment team, clinical services, and direct care staff to support operations and care.
