Job summary

West Shore Home in Houston, TX is seeking a Residential Remodeler to install replacement windows and exterior doors, trim, and complete safe, quality remodels following SOPs and PPE guidelines.

You will load materials, travel to customers, greet them, establish rapport, and deliver a 5-star experience. Basic carpentry, tool knowledge, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to learn are required. This on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction; eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device required to log into company systems using two-factor authentication (as per company policy).

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.

Schedule: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM

Position: Residential Remodeler

Purpose Of Position

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation

• The approximate hourly for this position is $17-$20 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Minimum Requirements
