Job summary

LifeSource Water Systems is seeking a Residential Sales Closer to join our California team. You will work with company-provided leads, conduct in-home consultations, and close high-ticket water system deals for homeowners.

Expect a 100% commission structure with weekly pay and support from our in-house appointment setters. Your day-to-day includes in-home appointments across your territory, presenting, financing options, and closing deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing in-home or high-ticket sales.
• One-call close experience.
• Live within commuting distance of your territory.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Able to run your own schedule without a manager checking in on you.
• Uncapped commission with weekly pay.
• Company-provided leads - No cold calling, no door knocking.
• You contact leads and schedule your own appointments, with additional support from our in-house appointment-setting team.
• We manufacture and install everything ourselves, so closed deals actually fund.
