GARNERS HOME SERVICES LLC in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance & Trim Carpentry Technician to join our premier home services team. This role blends general home maintenance with precision carpentry and meticulous paint preparation, including installing architectural trim and repairing wood rot to ensure surfaces are flawless before painting crews begin.

Responsibilities include general home repairs, precision trim installation, door and window restoration, wood rot

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential finish carpentry, trim installation, or remodeling.
Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques.
Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

General Home Repairs: Address basic residential service requests, including minor plumbing and light electrical tasks.
Precision Trim Installation: Measure, cut, and install crown molding, baseboards, chair rails, wainscoting, and decorative walls.
Door & Window Restoration: Hang or repair interior/exterior doors, replace window casings, adjust hinges, and install hardware.
Wood Rot & Framing Repair: Replace rotted exterior trim, fascia boards, soffits, and deck structures.
Surface & Drywall Preparation: Repair cracks, holes, and water damage before painting.
Pressure Washing: Clean exterior surfaces, driveways, and decks.
