Trash Gremlin Disposal is seeking a reliable Residential Trash Pick-Up Driver to join our Lakehills, TX team. This role involves operating a residential collection vehicle on assigned routes, loading household waste and recyclables, and delivering courteous service to customers on a consistent schedule.

The position requires a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain), ability to perform physical work in all weather, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience operating large or commercial vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong sense of punctuality and reliability — early morning start times required.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn local Lakehills, TX residential routes.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a residential waste collection vehicle along assigned routes in the Lakehills, TX area
• Collect and load household trash, recycling, and waste bins in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols while operating collection vehicles
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and work area throughout each shift
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route progress, delays, or service issues
• Provide courteous, professional service to residential customers on your route
