Job summary

Pathways Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a Residential Support Staff to support residents at Pollard Place, assisting with daily living skills, psychosocial needs, and supervising medication self-administration to foster a safe, supportive environment. Must relate to adults with severe mental illness in a residential setting; prior experience with SMI is preferred. Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
