Job summary

InterCommunity is seeking a part-time milieu supervisor to oversee program participants, coordinate social-rehabilitation activities, and ensure safety and care coordination. The role includes supervising participants during on-site and off-site activities, maintaining progress notes, and performing transportation-related tasks as needed.

Applicants should have an Associate's Degree in Human Services or a GED and knowledge of substance abuse or mental health treatment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Human Services or high school diploma (G.E.D.) with working knowledge of substance abuse and/or mental health treatment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clients and facility safety and security, including substance abuse screening as directed.
• Conducts individual and group social-rehabilitation and care coordination activities including caring a case load of identified clients.
• Supervision of participants in the milieu and during on-site and scheduled off-site activities; conduct scheduled room safety checks.
• Maintains confidential progress notes and other documentation on client activities.
• Provides necessary approved transportation and program related errands (either in agency or personal vehicle).
• In the event of staff shortage, may be required to work past scheduled hours until a relief staff can be found.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
• All agency staff are required to attend all mandatory department/agency meetings and trainings*

Salary Description

Wage Range: $21.25 - $25.00 Hourly
