Job summary

Corporation for Public Management is seeking Residential Support Staff to provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and accompany individuals to medical and recreational activities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, DDS systems knowledge, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), a valid driver’s license, and medication certification within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of DDS systems.
• Basic computer skills with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Medication Certification (DDS, First Aid, CPR, PMT) must be acquired within six months of hire date and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Implement goals and strategies per DDS guidelines and CPM policies.
• Implement program goals and document progress according to teaching strategy.
• Provide transportation for medical, programmatic, and recreational activities.
• Maintain vehicle mileage, maintenance and safety documentation.
• Escort and timely documentation of medical progress notes, orders, and appointments.
• Track and document behavioral and programmatic data accurately.
• Respond calmly to crises and emergencies as directed by supervisor.
• Report all serious incidents to coordinator or supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Coordinator.
