Qualifications

• Valid New York State Driver’s License required and must maintain it in good standing.

• Six months of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides care and assists with personal development of people supported.
• Ensures safety and well-being are maintained at the highest level.
• Provides training in daily living and social skills.
• Prepares concise written reports including Incident Reports and Progress Notes.
• Responds to crises and medical emergencies quickly.
