Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program/Residential Supervisor to oversee ISP implementation, staff hiring and scheduling while guiding a team of caregivers serving individuals with disabilities.

The role combines direct support with supervisory duties, enabling community participation and safe transportation to activities, work, and appointments. Come join a mission-driven team dedicated to empowering others.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
• Provide support to individuals receiving services including: meal preparation and planning; medication administration; personal care.
• Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.

Program/Residential Supervisor

This position requires someone who has had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita's insurability policy.
