Education Unlimited® seeks an Assistant Director/Resident Advisor for Georgetown programs. The role supports the Camp Director, creates a positive camp environment, supervises campers, and handles administrative duties with the team.

Dates are July 11–25 with on-campus housing and meals in Georgetown. The position is residential, requires maturity, reliability, and the ability to mentor students and lead excursions while ensuring safety and educational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment required.
• Calm and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong people skills and a passion for education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement recreational activities for campers.
• Supervise campers outside classroom, including evenings.
• Handle administrative tasks and on-call support.
• Mentor students and lead field trips.
• Ensure health and safety and support instructional objectives.
