Job summary

Leading staff, coordinating admissions, and maintaining program fidelity, you will drive compliance with ASAM 3.5 and regulatory standards, while promoting engagement and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human services, social work or related field preferred.
• Current CDC I, CDC II or CDCS is required.
• Minimum 2 years residential SUD treatment experience required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of ASAM 3.5 and structured programming.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to support co-occurring services within scope.

Responsibilities

• Program Operations and Execution: Oversee daily operations of the ASAM 3.5 residential program to ensure structure, consistency, and efficiency.
• Clinical and Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure delivery of structured SUD treatment aligned with ASAM 3.5, including co-occurring services.
• Program Fidelity and ASAM Alignment: Ensure adherence to ASAM 3.5 requirements and structured programming.
• Admissions, Referrals, and Program Flow: Support admissions and intake scheduling with Intake Coordinator; ensure timely admissions.
• Staff Supervision and Development: Supervise clinical and administrative staff; manage scheduling and coaching.
• Quality, Compliance, and Documentation: Ensure documentation meets regulatory and payer requirements; monitor treatment plans and compliance.
