Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking a compassionate Student Support Caregiver to nurture and guide students in a residential, pre-K–12 environment. You’ll provide daily care and supervision, model positive behavior, and promote social-emotional growth.

Working closely with education and community services staff, you’ll support students’ routines, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive home setting for children from diverse backgrounds to thrive academically, socially, and personally.
