Milton Hershey School is seeking a compassionate Student Support Caregiver to nurture students in a residential pre-K–12 environment. You will provide daily care, supervision, and model positive behavior to help children from diverse backgrounds thrive academically, socially, and personally.

Working closely with education and community services staff, you’ll support students’ routines, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive home setting.
