Milton Hershey School seeks a compassionate Student Support Caregiver to nurture and guide students in a residential, pre-K–12 environment. You’ll provide daily care and supervision, modeling positive behavior and supporting routines to help students thrive academically and personally.

You will collaborate with education and community services staff to reinforce life skills in a diverse, inclusive home setting, fostering social-emotional growth and a safe campus community.
