Job summary

Milton Hershey School seeks a compassionate Student Support Caregiver to nurture and guide students in a residential, pre-K–12 environment. In this role, you’ll provide daily care and supervision, model positive behavior, and promote social-emotional growth.

Working closely with education and community services staff, you’ll support students’ routines, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive home setting.

Qualifications

• Patient, dependable and passionate about helping children from diverse backgrounds thrive academically, socially and personally.
• Experience or comfort with caring for children in a residential setting (pre-K–12).
• Ability to support routines and life skills in a safe, inclusive home environment.
