Job summary

Bayside Fire in Owings Mills, MD is hiring a field technician responsible for installing sprinkler systems and ensuring safety and quality on job sites.

You will work with the Superintendent, coordinate materials, and contribute to efficient project execution. Valid driver's license and CPVC sprinkler experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience installing sprinkler/fire protection systems (Residential CPVC).

Responsibilities

• Assure quality and safety controls to keep a safe work environment.
• Maintain care and use of company vehicles, equipment and tools.
• Ensure materials and tools for projects are requested timely to the Superintendent.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent on efficient, cost-effective production.
• Perform other duties as required.

LICENSING/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assure quality and safety controls/practices that result in a safe work environment and projects that are superior in the quality of installation with zero time loss due to accidents.


• Responsible for the care and use of all company issued vehicles, equipment and tools protecting the property from deterioration, damage, theft and see that the property is kept clean and properly maintained.


• Assure all necessary materials, tools and equipment for the assigned project/s are requested in a timely manner to the Superintendent.


• Coordinate with the Superintendent on the most efficient and cost effective means of production possible for assigned and special projects.
