Intercept Health in Virginia is seeking a Residential Specialist for FreshSTART to support children and adolescents in a structured therapeutic environment. The role focuses on modeling positive behavior, implementing treatment plans, and guiding residents toward healthier social skills.

• High School Diploma or GED with at least six months of experience working with children.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a Virginia Department of Health Profession's approved Human Service degree.

Thanksgiving & Christmas Day $36.00-$40.00 per hour

As a Residential Specialist, you will be responsible for serving as a positive role model for children and adolescents in a therapeutic placement in need of a structured therapeutic environment due to behavioral, emotional, or developmental needs. The Residential Specialist contributes to the formulation and implementation of resident treatment plans and works via role modeling to develop socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors within residents. This role reports to the Program Manager.

Education and Experience Required: The selected candidate will have a High School Diploma or G.E.D with at least six months of experience working with children, OR; an Associate's Degree and at least three months of experience working with children, OR; a Bachelor's Degree in a Virginia Department of Health Profession's approved Human Service degree.
