Supportive Concepts for Families is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential Specialist in Harrisburg, PA. This full-time position offers paid training and opportunities to grow through NADSP certification, with a focus on compassionate, person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in residential and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide hands-on support and physical assistance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
