Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow medication charts.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in personal care and treatment of residents with severe mental illness.
• Provide transportation to activities, appointments, and community inclusion events.
• Support daily living skills, medication management, cleaning, meal prep, laundry, and de-escalation.
• Maintain required documentation and participate in meetings and trainings.
