Job summary

Easterseals NH in Concord, NH is seeking a Program Specialist to join our Community Based Services team. This role supports individuals in a residential home setting with three adult women.

You will work with the Program Manager to review and monitor goals, provide on-the-job training to Direct Support Associates, and help document required records. The position is full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Experience in Direct Support or related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a residential home setting and document care.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor and participate in development and monitoring of program goals.
• Act as a Peer Guide for new Direct Support Associates, providing on-the-job training and orientation.
• Assist with documentation and perform direct support including personal care and transportation.

Skills

Associates Degree in Human Services or

High School Diploma or equivalent with

Education

Associates Degree in Human Services or related field

High School Diploma or equivalent with two years Direct Support experience
