Qualifications
- Two or more years of residential plumbing service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Experience with ServiceTitan and Nexstar.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices.
- Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues.
- Perform service calls including repairs, maintenance, and system evaluations.
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Clearly communicate findings and solutions to homeowners.
- Accurately complete service paperwork and documentation.
- Participate in training opportunities to continue developing your skills.
