Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on residential plumbing service experience.
• Experience independently running residential service calls.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to educate homeowners and present options.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and integrity.
• Able to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently run service calls start to finish.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations.
• Service water heaters, fixtures, drains, and other residential plumbing systems.
• Explain findings and recommendations to homeowners.
• Present repair options based on customer needs.
• Educate homeowners to make informed decisions.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
• Complete work per codes and company standards.
• Document calls and work in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Represent Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with professionalism.
