Job summary
Danika Plumbing plumbing & Electric is seeking a Licensed Residential Service Plumber to deliver high-quality residential plumbing services while adhering to safety standards, codes, and company procedures. This role blends technical expertise with administrative duties to support service operations.
The candidate will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems, explain diagnoses and costs to customers, and assist with permits to ensure compliance with state and local codes in
Qualifications
- Valid WA PL02 license or 4000+ hours with L&I.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in residential plumbing.
- Customer service experience with ability to present and sell solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar job-tracking/invoicing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems (water heaters, drains, fixtures, piping).
- Install and maintain residential plumbing systems per codes and standards.
- Explain diagnoses, solutions, and costs clearly to customers.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce emergencies.
- Assist office with permits and documentation to ensure compliance with codes.
