Job summary

Legacy Service Partners is hiring a Plumber - Service to deliver expert residential plumbing services for our customers. You will install, repair, and maintain fixtures, diagnose issues, and ensure work meets code and safety standards.

You will work with customers directly, document services, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on quality and growth. A Journeyman Plumber certification and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber certification or equivalent.
• Experience in residential plumbing services, including installations and repairs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and provide efficient solutions to meet customer needs.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, faucets, and water heaters.
• Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems and identify potential problems or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with customers, actively listening to their concerns and providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety protocols.
• Document services performed, materials used, and time spent on each job accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, actively seeking opportunities for professional development.
• Foster positive relationships with team members, providing support and assistance as needed.
