Element Home Services is a team of licensed professionals delivering residential Plumbing, Drains, and HVAC services across Jackson, WY and surrounding areas. We’re expanding our field team and seek driven technicians who are ready to diagnose, repair, and install with care.

As a teammate, you’ll start hourly during training with uncapped commission when fully trained, plus benefits including insurance, a 401k match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Plumbing license required.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Experience using Service Titan software.
• Strong customer service skills to diagnose and sell repairs.
• Experience with plumbing and drains repair including leaks, water heaters, boilers, and fixtures.
