Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including:
  • Water leaks
  • Burst pipes
  • Drain clogs
  • Water heaters
  • Plumbing fixtures
• Perform thorough plumbing inspections and identify repair or replacement opportunities
• Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems
• Present repair and replacement options that best fit the customer's needs using a consultative, customer-first approach
• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including water, sewer, and gas lines
• Complete service documentation, invoices, and job notes using company-provided technology
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish while maintaining professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience
