Qualifications

• 1+ year of residential plumbing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed.
• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing service calls and emergencies.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fixtures, and drainage systems.
• Perform inspections and recommend solutions customers can trust.
• Accurately document work performed, time, and materials.
• Work closely with teammates, dispatch, and leadership.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.

Rotating on-call schedule shared across the team
