Hunt’s Services in the Puget Sound region is seeking a skilled Service Plumber to diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, offer clear options to customers, and build trust through professionalism.

This full-time, commission-based role offers earning potential from $90,000 to $200,000+ OTE, with bonuses, benefits, and growth opportunities. Candidates must have 3+ years of residential service/sales experience, WA PL01/PL02 license, and live within 30 miles of Tacoma.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential service/sales, including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades.
• WA PL01/PL02 license and valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication; knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Residential Service/Sales Experience (PL02) – including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
• Valid PL01/PL02 license with WA L&I
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Expert-level knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and tools
• Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching
