Responsibilities

• Running residential electrical service calls.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Performing repairs, installations, upgrades, panel work, lighting, outlets, switches, energy efficiency, electrification, battery back ups and more.
• Presenting clear options and estimates to homeowners.
• Using our pricing guide to make customer presentations simple and professional.
• Selling electrical repairs, upgrades, and safety improvements.
• Providing excellent customer service from start to finish.
• Collecting payment at the time of service.
• Maintaining a clean, professional work area.
