Candidates should have 2+ years of electrical experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to high-quality work. This is a non-exempt, on-site role with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Over 2 years of electrical experience, preferably with a focus on residential projects.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and creativity as a collaborative team player.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to address and resolve electrical issues.
• The physical ability to lift to 50 lbs. as required by the job

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems to restore function.
• Install and maintain wiring, outlets, switches, and breakers for reliable operation.
• Explain issues and options to homeowners; provide clear recommendations.
• Work safely, lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating tight spaces as required.
