Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential service electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and quality workmanship.
• Professional communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and service software.
• Journeyman license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems and safety issues.
• Perform code-compliant repairs and upgrades, including panels, wiring, devices, lighting, EV chargers, generators, and more
• Conduct full system evaluations and clearly explain findings to homeowners.
• Present options and upfront pricing so customers can make informed decisions.
• Use a tablet/service app to document work, create options, and close out jobs.
